1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and zs111 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the website at zs111.net and all associated services, features, content, and products.

1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the zs111 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance constitutes the entire agreement between you and zs111 with respect to your use of the platform.

1.3 These Terms are effective as of the date you first access the platform and remain in force for the duration of your account registration and any subsequent interactions with zs111.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one account on the zs111 platform. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") will be suspended, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Where duplicate account activity is detected, zs111 reserves the right to cancel pending withdrawals and void related winnings.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. zs111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. zs111 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zs111 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available by zs111 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include but are not limited to:

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the zs111 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms prevail with respect to all account, payment, and conduct matters.

6.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the User. zs111 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors.

6.3 Sports Betting. For sports and cricket betting markets, settlement is based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. Where official results are unavailable or disputed, zs111 may use widely recognised third-party statistical services to determine outcome settlement.

6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, zs111 will attempt to restore the game session to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the user's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs111 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing platform staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing third parties to operate your account.

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs111's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 zs111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 zs111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or receipt of a valid legal order.

11.2 Upon termination for cause, zs111 may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified balances will be returned via the User's registered payment method.

11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting zs111 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed following closure confirmation.

12. Amendments

12.1 zs111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12.2 For material changes, zs111 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via an in-platform notification. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law
